What do you think?
The Keys to Your Heart |
You are attracted to those who have a split personality - cold as ice on the outside but hot as fire in the heart. |
In love, you feel the most alive when things are straight-forward, and you're told that you're loved. |
You'd like to your lover to think you are stylish and alluring. |
You would be forced to break up with someone who was ruthless, cold-blooded, and sarcastic. |
Your ideal relationship is open. Both of you can talk about everything... no secrets. |
Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment. |
You think of marriage as something precious. You'll treasure marriage and treat it as sacred. |
In this moment, you think of love as something you can get or discard anytime. You're feeling self centered. |
Really.. I can get love anytime?? Hahhaa.. rite.. But i am feeling self-centered now tho.. As for the split personality thing.. that explains a lot, don't you think? Why I love Saitou, Sanzo, Roy, Severus, Draco whom.. beneath that hard-shell exterior, are all still human and vulnerable.. Hahah..
What does my birth date mean?
Your Birthdate: November 4 |
Being born on the 4th day of the month should help make you a better manager and organizer. You may be more responsible and self-disciplined than you realize. Sincere and honest, you are a serious and hard working individual. Your feelings are likely to seem somewhat repressed at times. The number 4 has something of an inhibiting effect on your ability to show and express affections, as feeling are very closely regulated and controlled. You are apt to be much more practical, rational, and conscious of details. There is a good deal of rigidity and stubbornness associated with the number 4. |

Hong Kong!
Ok folks! I back from Hong Kong!
The Hong Kong trip was a blast!! Really shopped a lot there.. Came back with two bags, two pairs of sandals, two pairs of skirts, a couple of tops.. for a 4day trip.. tt's pretty gd eh?? HAhaha.. Shopping's really gd in Hong Kong..
Food wise.. It's so-so.. maybe cos we didn't really venture to eat much of Hong Kong's food. Esp when one stoopid shophouse guy insulted us on the first day, saying tt we're chinese but can't read chinese. Hong Kong people aren't very friendly, unlike Taiwanese people. I love Taiwan more! At least there's no language barrier.. Geez.. Cantonese is the main thing EVERYWHERE in Hong Kong. At least I managed to eat Xu Liu Shan.. yanoe.. the fuit dessert place shown in every Hong Kong drama serial? Hahah..
On the whole.. I loved Hong Kong for its shopping and japaneses mags.. Taiwan for its friendly environment and abundant comic shops.. I would say that I'm really lucky to be able to travel so much in the time that I have holidays. Even though I'm flat broke now.. the experience of being overseas has been wonderful! Now.. next trip, I wanna go to Australia to visit Rui Zhi!!! HAhaha.. Hafta save up much more for tt.. since I'm flat broke now.. hahaha..

Passing on..
The death of a loved one always hurts.
No matter how much you try to be strong and how others try to console you, telling you that your loved one is in a better place, you'll still be upset. Perhapes, upset would be too mild a word to describe, depressed, lost or crushed would be better. Suddenly, that important person in your life is missing. No longer will you hear the laughter or see the smiles on the face of the person you love. Someone who has been such a big part of your life is gone. At first, you may be numb to the pain, later when you truly realise that you will never see the person again, you break down and cry because it just hurts so much.
However, death is very much a part of life and we must learn to cope with it. Mourn, cry and be angry with God for taking away the person you love. But move on after that, and know that she is with God and at peace.
Petrina msged me just now, telling me that her grandmothter passed away. I was shocked to say the least. I knew that she had been hospitalised due to medical problems but I just didn't expect it to be so sudden. Immediately, images and memories of her grandmother flashed through my mind. Her smiling face as Petrina tried to teach me how to play mahjong with her gramma, the gramma watching tv in the room downstairs. The gramma who will always be in her kebaya, rightly peranankan. I may not have been close to Pet's grandmother but as a friend who have hung ard her house quite a couple of times in sec sch, I still feel the loss. This will probably be only a small degree as to how Pet is feeling right now. I can only say Take care, Pet and know that she is with God.
My condolences goes out to Pet and her family. And to anyone who reads this blog entry, I would like you to think abt the loved ones in your life, be it family or friends and take time to appreciate them, to cherish them.

MULTI-TASKING TEENS ST 04/06/05
1. Out of an ST poll of 50 teens, more than half spend more than 3 hrs a day on the Internet.
ME: Ok.. I so totally spend more than 3 hrs online.. To give an estimate, 5 -7 hours would be more likely. This varies according to the time I wake up in the morning and whether I go out.
2. Two-thirds multitask when they are online.
ME: Okok.. Me..
3. 8 out of 10 chat with more then one person at a time when they are online.
ME: Currently, chatting to Yuan Chun and Joshua online.. It's the weekend, guys are let out from their imprisonment otherwise known as NS.
4. More than half will not wait for more than one min for a page they click to load.
ME: Sure, i wait for more than a min. I get annoyed so I open more windows and just carry on with other stuff first.
5. Three-quarters normally do something esle while waiting for their PC to boot up.
ME: Ok.. I'm guilty of this. I wake up, switch on my comp before anything esle, go brush my teeth and have breakfast, then rtn to my comp.
Singapore Poly students surveyed 800 youths aged 15 - 29 and found than three-quarters multitask online.
7. 96 percent use the net to search for info and send e-mail.
ME: Like duh! That's wat the internet's for rite?
8. Two-thirds were instant messenging.
ME: Scroll up and look above.
9. 55 percent visited chat rooms and online forums.
ME: I don't visit chat rooms now.. but as for online forums, there's Absolute Baka and 6G. Occasionally I enter hardwarezone and sganime
10. 15.6 percent kept blogs.
ME: Yepyep. this started before prelims last year I think..
To give an insight as to how much I multitask? I chat online at the same time when I check out online forums and dl vids and read fanfiction. Or search for fanfiction. On average, I open about 4 IE windows online.
Or when I'm just reading fanfic. There will be two windows open, One for readinf fanfic, one for searching for more fanfics.
Apparently, I'm just one in hundreds who multitask online. Has multitasking become a generation thing? How many of you guys out there multitask as well?
Has multi tasking shortened attention spans?
You think.
You decide.
By the way, while typing this, I was checking glimpses of the tv screen whenever I hear something of interest as my dad watches tv. Also, I was msging Nep on my hp..
