Next week, I'll have an additonal two holes.. haha.. on my left side.. then, how am i going to eat? i dunnoe either.. hahha.. live and let me.. such are the lives of pple who are not blessed with the beauty of straight teeth..
Come CNY, braces will be on so you can call me metal mouth.. wonder if i can curb my eating when i have braces.. Pain is a gd deterrent.. hahaha

Some customers are soooo obnoxious!
Some customers are so irritating.. they come here, all pissed off because there's something wrong with their bill and they expect us to figure it out flat. sheesh.. like wat the F***ing hell! hahaha.. I curse a lot in my job, behind customer's backs of cos.. Like hello, if computer's records don't give us any clue as to why ur bill is like this, how would i noe? And it's best to effect changes on your next billing cycle so your bill won't be confusing. That way, you won't get back to us, complaining about why in the F***ing world is the bill so confusing.. psshhh! customers are so plain annoying sometimes.
Fine!!! If your want to cancel your subscriptoin, be my guest lahz.. it's so annoying, to be laughing and " oh, nevermind lohz, take your time about the enquiry, we won't pay the bill at all. " Ooookkk.. if your want it that way, be my guest, if you can't watch ur tv next month go ahead lohz, dun pay your bill.
Another customer come asking me, where's all the hotspots for the wireless service. Singtel's has a list of all the hotspots. How come your company doesn't have? Can print out for me or not? and he goes on and on about singnet and blah.. UNCLE ah! can you open ur bloody eyes and check the website???? PROPERLY? then, he goes on and on about how it's so inconvenient that the service is mainly at airports and at coffee bean only. Take a proper look at the list!!! There's at least twenty coffee bean outlets nation wide where you can use ur wireless service. Orchard road has like, four or five outlets already... Sheesh..
Sheesh.. Get high blood ahz like that... stupid a**holes.. Even worse are irrational customers who obviously didn't pay their bills or return the euipment to us and insit thay they did. Then, they go on and on about how it'd bad for my company's image if they publish the matter in the newspaper.. Go ahead, sir!! Please do, broadcast to the public, about how your DIDN'T pay your bill, DIDN'T return the equipment and show everyone how SILLY and CHILDISH you are that you can't even keep track of your payments.
of cos.. there are funny moments in my job too. NOT every customer is a freaking a**hole. Just one fifth of the number that I attend to everyday..

EARNING MONEY IS HARD WORK!
and I worry that I'll get gastric cos my eating hours are so irregular.. I can eat at 1 pm one day, 10pm the same day.. 2pm one day, 10pm the same day, 10am, then 4pm on the same day then 10pm.. AIYOHZ.. blah blah blah.. yesh, i get OT.. but at the expense of my health, mentally, physically and emotionally? haha...
I'm sick.. down with cough, and let's hope just tt..

Working life~
Well... today's my second day at work.. Just got off about one hr ago.. long? aiyohz.. ok lah.. I'm hyped up now.. anywae.. my shift ends at nine.. eight plus then had stuff to do.. Tomorrow is my off day liaoz.. why esle would I be here?
The comp system is quite complicated.. so I'm not really ready to touch the comp system yet.. Other stuff like photo-copying ICs, I'll jump at the chance to do it.. then I won't have to keep sitting there.. Or esle stuff like swap STBs, I'll go do it too.. a bit more hands on i guess... wrote down in a notebook today but I can't remember much.. Well, let's hope tt I'm a fast learner.. hahaha.. I can't wait to be able to handle customers.. after a while, just sitting there attached to someone can be weary... At least a lot of the pple there are nice.. Customer Service leh.. no joke.. not friendly how to get hired yeah? haha.. Well.. that's 2 days of my minimum three months to go~... Write again soon i guess.. probably end of this week.. Off on Sunday this week.. anyone wanna jio me go out? hahah.. no energy for mon then I laugh.. byebye for now..
